Immediately asked the factory to prepare a new sample, and told the customer to send the new adjustable slide bearing sample to him, and we will bear the freight. Customers are happy to accept it.
After receiving the adjustable slide bearing sample, the customer tested it, and the feedback said that the taste is still not as good as their peers, and then immediately contacted the factory to re-sample and send the sample. Finally, after the customer received the third sample and tested it, he was very satisfied with the sample and quickly placed an order.

Early development is important, and follow-up is more important. If I gave up when I heard a customer say that I was going to place an order with a colleague, there would be no subsequent orders. Orders must be followed up in a timely manner, even if you place an order with your peers, do not give up, because there are orders behind the customer, it means that there is still a chance.
