Follow up customers continuously, get the orders of adjustable slide bearing

I have been in the pit of foreign trade for several years. I have worked in factories and trading companies. Because the company's electronic platform was previously a ToB platform, the company also chose to cooperate with a ToB platform at the beginning of the company's establishment. What we do is a basic member. Foreign trade partners who have worked on a ToB platform should all know that. The chances of being a basic member of a ToB platform to develop high-quality customers without burning money are really too small, so we chose this platform the next year. Facts have proved that the quality of the inquiry of adjustable slide bearing is very high, and at the same time the cost performance of adjustable slide bearing  is also higher.

In the previous period, we received the inquiry of adjustable slide bearing, quotation of adjustable slide bearing, and then arranged to send adjustable slide bearing samples. The customer is still nice and patiently pointed out where the problem is. I immediately feedback the problem to the factory, and the factory feedback can be improved. Immediately asked the factory to prepare a new sample, and told the customer to send the new adjustable slide bearing sample to him, and we will bear the freight. Customers are happy to accept it.

After receiving the adjustable slide bearing sample, the customer tested it, and the feedback said that the taste is still not as good as their peers, and then immediately contacted the factory to re-sample and send the sample. Finally, after the customer received the third sample and tested it, he was very satisfied with the sample and quickly placed an order.

Early development is important, and follow-up is more important. If I gave up when I heard a customer say that I was going to place an order with a colleague, there would be no subsequent orders. Orders must be followed up in a timely manner, even if you place an order with your peers, do not give up, because there are orders behind the customer, it means that there is still a chance.
