Here are my thoughts on this experience:
1. Most of South American guests are not good at English, so try to communicate with them in Spanish or Portuguese to get closer. It doesn't matter if you don't know Spanish or Portuguese, you can easily solve this problem with Google Translate
2. There is a time difference of about 12 hours between South America and China, so it is generally best to communicate with them at eight or nine in the evening. At this time, they are at eight or nine in the morning.
3. I found that South American customers are really insensitive to price, while European and American customers are much more price sensitive. Therefore, when quoting South American customers, you can add a little more to the base price to increase your profit.
4. As we all know, the freight in South America has always been very high, so when reporting the freight to South American customers, be sure to ask several freight forwarders to try to report the lowest freight to the customer. I currently have several other orders that I am discussing with South American customers. It was stuck because of shipping issues.
