Usually, the temperature of the chrome plated rod end bearing starts to rise slowly with the operation of the rod end joint bearing, and reaches a stable state after 1-2 hours. The normal temperature of the chrome plated rod end bearing varies with the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the machine.
If the lubrication and installation parts are proper, the temperature of the chrome plated rod end bearing will rise sharply and abnormally high temperature will occur. At this time, the operation must be stopped and necessary precautions must be taken.

Installation and removal of chrome plated rod end bearing
1. Where the press is missing or cannot be used, the chrome plated rod end bearing can be installed with an assembly sleeve and a small hammer. The hammering force should be evenly transmitted to the entire circumference of the end surface of the chrome plated rod end bearing, so the hammered end surface of the assembly casing should be made into a spherical shape.

4. When the outer ring of the chrome plated rod end bearing is tightly fitted with the housing hole, the housing can also be heated and installed into the joint bearing. In particular, the joint bearing of light metal material may damage the mating surface due to the pressing of the outer ring during the tight fitting process. In this case, the end rod joint bearing should be heated first.
