The order for this clutch thrust bearing is a deposit paid by the customer on December 28, 2019. There is no legend that the customer sent a clutch thrust bearing to disappear, or to say a reply. I received a call from the customer at 9:00 in the morning, saying that I would visit the factory, and then asked in detail the customer's demand for clutch thrust bearings, and how many people came. The materials were prepared from 9 to 1.30 pm, during which the telephone and the accompanying staff communicated the model and quantity of clutch thrust bearing.

The demand is probably clear: non-standard clutch thrust bearing, delivery is urgent, and the model requested by the customer is not in stock.

Prepared 2 plans:

Option 1: Pay the deposit and mold fee first. After the production is completed, see the final picture of all the thrust thrust bearings.

Option 2: Full payment, no mold fee, and delivery after production is completed.

In the afternoon, the customer arrived at the factory at 1:30 and talked for half an hour, taking the customer to dinner. It took almost 45 minutes to eat, and then returned to the office to continue the talk. At about 5 pm, all details of the clutch thrust bearing were finalized with the other party. The customer chose option one. I gave the customer a little discount. The customer paid 50% of the deposit and the mold fee.

Now these thrust thrust bearings are in production and will be ready to ship on Mar. ,25th. We will test them one by one then send it to client.
