After eating twice, I thought about whether the demand for buyers is not high. But since I have followed up, I can’t help it. At that time, I thought about it, even if the customer didn't want it, he had to give him an answer. So I have been following up, making the advantages of our double flanged track rollers clear to the customer one by one, compared with peers, what are the good features.
Then the customer actually replied, saying that they want three of them. So I made a detailed quotation form of double flanged track rollers to the customer.
At that time, the customer had been bargaining with me, and under the deadlock situation, I gave them a discount. But then I found that the total price of these three kinds of double flanged track rollers is very high, it is estimated that customers do not necessarily buy, because customers cut the price. But even then, I have been quoting with customers.
In this way, I told my customers about my understanding of the double flanged track rollers, and I have said that there is nothing to say. The customer has never been arbitrarily said that he had little hope for this customer.
However, after 5 days, the customer suddenly sent me a message saying that I would like to buy one of the double flanged track rollers I introduced in great detail. I made a PI for the customer on the same day and received the payment the next day.
This customer is still in my follow-up customer and hopes to continue to follow up with this customer to buy other bearings.
to sum up:
1. Follow up with the customer. As long as the customer responds to you, you will always follow up. No matter what question he asks, as long as he responds to you, it means that there is a need to talk.
2. Regardless of what your competitors do, you do what you have to do, and the introduction is introduced to the customer. Patiently treating customers' problems will definitely have results. Even if he doesn't buy them, you will treat this customer's problem as an opportunity for you to learn, which will also help you negotiate with other customers.
3. Be sure to follow up the customer often and not let the customer forget you.
Foreign trade negotiations are all in a cycle. Sometimes, even if we just started talking very well and smoothly, if you don’t follow up afterwards, maybe this customer will eventually buy from other suppliers, so I have to do long-term Preparation for the negotiations, so remind everyone to exercise well, save energy, prepare for negotiations, until you get the customer's deposit.
