Disassembled wrenches, screwdrivers and other tools
Remove the controller:
Open the cover of the back seat and use a wrench to unscrew the screws in the seat. First of all, find the controller of the controller. This is very important. Many friends accidentally break or break some wires during this step. The most terrible thing is the damage I do n’t know myself, so everyone should be careful and careful when they smile. After finding the main controller, unplug all the wires that connect the rear wheels, which hinder the removal of the rear wheels.
Generally, there are plug-in connectors, which is not difficult. If yours is not a plug-in type, it is estimated that it is a screw-down type. It does not matter. Similarly, use a screwdriver to unscrew the screws and gently remove them. There is one thing to pay special attention to. In case you are not proficient, I recommend that you clear the color and position of the unplugged line. If you do n’t remember too much, it is recommended to remember it with a label. This is the dumbest. The best way.
Method / Step 2: Replace the electric motor bearings:
Remove the rear wheel:
As mentioned earlier, after the lines to be dismantled are unplugged, there is basically nothing to hinder. At this time, take the special wrench carefully and slowly unscrew the nuts and screws on the rear fork that clamp the rear wheel. After unscrewing, slowly remove the rear wheel.
Method / Step 3: Replace the electric motor bearings:
Remove the motor screws:
The first thing to know is that the motor is in wheels. Therefore, it is estimated that everyone is afraid of dismantling. Slowly unscrew the motor connecting wheels. In these processes, including the later ones, it is necessary to remember the fixing positions of these screws and nuts, which is not convenient to have labels to remember.
Pick up half of the rear wheel horizontally:
After you have unscrewed and removed all the screws of the motor, remember that at this time you should use a horizontal angle rear wheel or help a rear wheel and pick it up. Another thing to note is that when removing the screws, the side where the screws are screwed should face down.
Method / Step 5 of Replace the electric motor bearings:
Remove the bottom bracket:
After removing the motor, find an object that can support it, and cushion the entire motor device. It is best to have a hole larger than the center axis in the middle of the object. With good support, take the tool gently and carefully knock down or remove the bottom bracket. Then remove the motor cover and set it aside.
Method / Step 6 of Replace the electric motor bearings:
Replace with new electric motor bearings:
After removing the motor cover, you will see the position of the bearing. Take out the original bad or bad electric motor bearings. If it is adhered, use a tool to gently knock it down. If not, add some lubricant After wetting, knock it down. Replace the new electric motor bearings with the motor cover.
Method / Step 7 of Replace the electric motor bearings:
Install in reverse order of removal:
Now that the electric motor bearings have been changed, the rest is to reinstall them. If the removal is sequential, the installation is reversed. We are going to reinstall in the reverse order of disassembly, and then test it after installation.
Precautions
Remember the color and position of the wires, remember the corresponding position of the screw nut, and remember the order of disassembly!
