ZYSL provides two designs of flat roller cage bearings:

Needle roller-cage thrust assembly of AXK series (Figure 1)

Flat roller cage bearings with guide ribs, AXW series (Figure 2)

In applications where the surfaces of adjacent machine parts cannot be used as raceways, the components can be used in conjunction with different series of bearing washers (bearing washers).

Temperature limitation of flat roller cage bearings

The allowable operating temperature of needle roller thrust bearings depends on:

Dimensional thermal stability of bearing washers and needle rollers

If the temperature is expected to be outside the allowable range, please contact ZYSL.

The bearing's thermal stability temperature can reach up to 120 °C (250 °F).

The allowable operating temperature range of the steel cage is the same as that of the bearing washers and needle rollers. For the temperature limits of polymer cages, please refer to polymer cages.

For the temperature limit range of the grease, please refer to the selection of suitable grease.

Can withstand heavy axial loads and maximum loads

In an assembly, the diameter deviation of the needle rollers is extremely small, so that these bearings can withstand heavy axial loads and maximum loads.

Extend bearing life

To prevent stress peaks, the two ends of the needle are slightly contracted to change the line contact between the raceway and the needle.
