(1) Combination of triangle and rectangle: This combination adopts a triangular linear guide as the guiding surface, and the guiding precision coefficient is high, and the parallel rail has better process performance, so it is widely used.

This combination has a V-flat combination and a rib-flat combination. The V-flat combination guide rail is easy to store lubricating oil, and can be used at both low and high speeds; the prism-flat combination linear guide cannot store lubricating oil, and is limited to low-speed moving operation. In order to make the linear guide move more light and labor-saving and the two guide rails wear evenly, the drive components are generally set under the triangular guide rails or the deflected triangular guide rails.

(2) Combination of rectangle and rectangle: The fully supported linear rail shaft surface is separated from the guiding surface, which makes it easier to manufacture and adjust. The gap of the guide surface is adjusted with a strip and the contact rigidity is low.

(3) Double triangular fully supported linear rail shaft: Due to the symmetrical structure, the two linear guide rails wear evenly, and the symmetrical position remains unchanged after wear, so the machining accuracy is less affected. The contact stiffness is considerable, the guiding precision is high, but the process performance is poor, and the four surface scraping or grinding also becomes difficult to fully contact. If the thermal deformation of the moving element is different, the four faces cannot be ensured at the same time. Not suitable for occasions where the temperature changes greatly.
