At the beginning of July this year, I received an oilless bearings inquiry from a customer in South Africa. The customer only left the company name and email address, and there was no other contact information. Inquiry only requires quotation, no more details.
I did a background investigation, studied the customer's website, and found that the customer mainly did oilless bearings. I think it;s a chance for us. According to this information, after replying to the email, I sent two or three emails later, but I didn't receive any reply from the customer. But I didn't give up, because any inquiry may be a list that can be concluded.
Once, I pushed our new oilless bearings to the customer, and unexpectedly received a reply from the customer. The customer said he was very interested in this product, and I immediately replied to the email. The next day, I received a reply from the customer, and gave me the quantity to quote. But customers think the price is high, in fact, my quotation is within a reasonable range. Then I analyzed the reasons for the high price of products for customers, and showed my confidence in my products.
The customer said the oilless bearings price he wanted directly. I told the customer that if the order oilless bearing at a large quantity, the price can apply for some discounts. Finally, the customer agreed to increase the quantity, and we negotiated the price. After that, we will confirm details such as freight and payment methods for this oilless bearings project.
The whole communication is quite smooth.
I think I'm lucky to get the trust of customers and close the deal. After receiving this batch of goods, customers are very satisfied with our products, and said they will continue to cooperate. Later, I also pushed targeted products to customers from time to time, and customers bought them one after another. The first cooperation and our after-sales service laid the foundation for these later orders.
