1) The working temperature is too high to produce overheating

3) Free travel is too small or too many times of loading
According to the requirements, the gap between the release bearing clutch and the separation lever is generally 2.5mm. It is reflected that the free stroke on the clutch pedal is 30-40mm. The free stroke is too small or there is no free stroke at all. The release bearing is in a normally engaged state.
According to the principle of fatigue failure, the longer the working time of the release bearing clutch, the more serious the damage; the more the number of load, the more likely the bearing to be fatigue damaged.
