And said that the goods are ready, will be sent immediately. Because this product is made, not shipped, it is useless to us. (To mention it again, it is necessary to reply to the guest's questions at any time. Let the guests know that we are actually doing this product, so that the customers can rest assured that we are not the ones that do not receive the goods.)
At the time of the final delivery, just in time for the Christmas holiday, I had a few small gifts for the guests. After receiving the goods, the customer said that the product was very beautiful, and then asked if we could make other sealed thrust bearing assembly. Later, we kept in touch until now.
I think that as a foreign trade clerk, our attitude must first be clear. Don't just arbitrarily or rashly treat any inquiry of sealed thrust bearing assembly.
