Because the customer said that these samples need to be sent to Australia by international courier, because it was already off work at that time, and this year’s international freight was always fluctuating, I replied to the customer that the freight needs to be confirmed with the forwarding company, and I need to reply to him tomorrow , The customer immediately replied that there was no problem, so we ended the day’s email communication happily.
After going to work on the morning of September 30th, I couldn’t wait to contact the forwarder I worked with and consulted the specific express delivery fee. After getting the result, I immediately added the payment and delivery fee to the proforma invoice and attached the company’s PayPal. The payment information was stamped and scanned and sent to the customer. In the afternoon of the same day, the customer replied to the email and attached a screenshot of the successful payment. After confirming the payment, I will reply to the customer that the payment and freight have been received, and will arrange the delivery after our National Day holiday. With just a few emails back and forth, the customer placed a sample order for us, and the efficiency was good.
After the National Day holiday, I arranged the shipment to the customer on time, and sent him the courier number by email so that he could track the courier information. About 10 days later, the customer replied that the sample was received and the quality was very satisfactory. A large order will be placed in the near future, and the large order is expected!
