(1) The use of steel bearing housing cooling system.
When the steel bearing housing is used correctly, the cooling water not only prolongs the service life of the bearing housing, but also improves production efficiency.
The material of steel bearing housing is generally made of special bearing housing steel through various treatments, and even the best bearing housing steel has its limits of use, such as temperature.
When the steel bearing housing is in use, if the mold temperature is too high, it is easy to cause cracks on the surface of the mold core early, and some bearing housings even have large areas of cracks before they exceed 2000 molds. Even in mold core was changed due to the too high temperature of the steel bearing housing. After measurement, it even reached more than 400 degrees. This temperature is prone to cracks when it is quenched by the release agent. The products are also prone to deformation, strain, and mold sticking.
In the case of using steel bearing housing cooling water, the use of release agent can be greatly reduced, so that the operator will not use the release agent to reduce the temperature of the bearing housing. The advantage is to effectively extend the life of the bearing seat, save the die-casting cycle, improve product quality, reduce mold sticking, strain and aluminum sticking, and reduce the use of mold release agents. It can also reduce the loss of ejector rod and core caused by overheating of the steel bearing housing.
(2) The steel bearing housing must be preheated during the start of production to prevent the occurrence of turtle cracks when the cold steel bearing housing suddenly encounters hot molten metal. The more complicated bearing housing can be used with blowtorch , Liquefied gas, use a mold temperature controller in good conditions, and the relatively simple bearing seat can be preheated by slow injection.
(3) The cleaning of the parting surface of the steel bearing housing is very troublesome and easy to ignore. The operator should thoroughly clean the parting surface of the bearing housing with kerosene, which can not only prevent the bearing housing from being crushed. And after cleaning, it can open the exhaust slot on the bearing seat that is blocked by the residue of the release agent or other dirt, which is beneficial to the discharge of the gas in the cavity during the injection process and improves the product quality.
(4) If the steel bearing housing is equipped with neutron control, it is absolutely prohibited to connect the signal line between the die casting machine and the bearing housing. The reason is clear. In daily production, it is difficult to avoid water on the signal line, or The place where the joint is wrapped is easy to break, resulting in short connection with the machine tool. If the signal is wrong, the alarm will automatically stop and delay the time, and the signal will be disordered and the bearing seat will be damaged. Cause unnecessary losses.
